Advantages:

Просторная квартира с новым хорошим ремонтом, тёплый пол в ванной

Disadvantages:

Грубоватая администратор. Сама квартира тёмная. И во время пребывания в ней было очень холодно, несмотря на включенное отопление.

Advantages:

The flat is great in general, it's spacious and has two toilets. It's big enough and has all equipment i needed personally.

Disadvantages:

The main issue I had was there's no AC available so in summer in Novosibirsk when it can get really warm it was difficult to sleep or work from the flat.
