Миниатюрная квартира с отдельной спальней и шикарной террасой, где есть даже шезлонг.
Последний этаж с открытыми балконами в нашем доме считаются лучшим местом для любования рассветами и закатами и конечно красавицей Обью.

Мы не отель и у нас нет халатов и зубных щеток, но есть все остальное необходимое для хорошего отдыха.
Вас ждёт нежное красивое хлопковое бельё и полотенца, вкусный чай и подписки на смарт тв.
Есть бойлер, микроволновка, плита, стиральная машина, утюг и фен.

У нас своя набережная и конечно знаменитый подвесной мозг куда ограничен вход, а для наших гостей он безлимитный. Классная детская площадка и кофейня.

Ждём вас

Комфортное размещение для трёх гостей, для 4 уже тесновато.

Есть нюансы прибывания у реки: мотыльки и периодические глушилки сотовой связи.
