Advantages:

Встретила хозяйка. Относительно чисто (пол, ванная комната), тепло. Чистое постельное белье, удобная кровать.

Disadvantages:

Запах! Стойкий запах затхности (сырости, плесени). Думали, что воздух проветриться и выветрится, но нет. За два дня проживания вся одежда пропиталась.
