Advantages:

Местоположение понравилось, рядом набережная можно прогуляться, быстрое заселение, все необходимое в квартире имеется.

Disadvantages:

Коврика в ванной не хватило, посуду немного грязная. Небольшой недостаток конечно, думаю вы устраните.
