Advantages:

Удобное расположение, рядом есть все необходимые магазины, кафе, все бытовые приборы были рабочими, кровать удобная, однако проблема с парковочными местами, машину пришлось ставить далеко от места проживания.

Disadvantages:

Дополнительное спальное место - диван не очень удобный, кондиционер требует чистки, фасады на кухне также необходимо помыть, отсутствует духовой шкаф.
