Просторная уютная квартира в новом доме. Спальных мест 5 но можно и 6 человек.
Кровать 160*200, диван евро книжка, и раскладушка икеа удобная как кровать односпальная (матрас широкий двуспальный)
Все новое в квартире, все необходимое есть.
С животными возможно, но доплата будет.

За всех людей сверх допустимого значения тоже доплата.
Сверху берётся залог 3000 он возвратный при соблюдении правил проживания

Правила проживания:
Курить в квартире нельзя - иначе штраф в размере залога (на балконе допустимо деликатно, чтоб запаха в квартире не было )
За собой надо вынести мусор и помыть посуду-иначе удерживаем по 300 руб с позиции.
Вечеринки не устраивать
Ничего не ломать
