Advantages:

Рядом метро, магазин магнит, столовая. Отличный дом (чистый опрятный, приятные соседи)при заезде было вполне чисто. Владелец отзывчивый все возникающие вопросы решали в кратчайшее время. Залог вернули во время.

Disadvantages:

Неполадки с телевизором(нормально посмотреть не получится) и он только в одной комнате, в спальне к сожалению его нет. Обратные клапана (для поступления воздуха) не исправны с них дует как с трубы и они не закреплены при ветре выпадают. Нет гладильной доски. Вай-фай роутер работает, но со сбоем.
