Большая квартира как двухкомнатная студия вмещает до 5 человек, либо 3 раздельных места. В комнате двуспальная и односпальная кровати и телевизор, на кухне диван раскладывается в кровать, а также обеденный стол, печь, микроволновка, чайник, холодильник, посуда. В ванной комнате стиральная машинка и установлен водонагреватель (всегда есть горячая вода!)
Бесплатный Wi Fi, кабельное телевидение, постельное бельё и полотенца.
Рядом сосновый бор, Заельцовский парк, детская железная дорога (с родителями можно доехать на поезде до Зоопарка и пляжа). Так же до Зоопарка можно дойти пешком.
Близко находится РЖД Медицина, Дуэт клиник, ул. Владимировская, Дуси Ковальчук, Ногина, Владимировской спуск, Ельцовская.
При заезде нужен паспорт и залог, который возвращается в день отъезда. Постельное белье предоставляю бесплатно.
