Большая квартира как двушка - студия около Заельцовского парка. До Зоопарка можно дойти пешком, можно доехать с родителями на аттракционе Детский поезд , он идёт до Зоопарка и до пляжа с чистейшим бассейном и шезлонгами. Рядом ул. Дуси Ковальчук, Тимирязева , Владимировская , Ельцовская , Владимировский спуск. Ближайшая станция метро Заельцовская, до центра 5 минут.
В комнате двуспальная кровать и односпальная двухметровая кровать , столик , телевизор и кондиционер. В кухне-гостинний кухня, обеденный стол и диван раскладывается вперед в ровную удобную кровать. В ванной комнате стиральная машинка , установлен водонагреватель (всегда есть горячая вода! )
Курить можно на балкончике. Для гулянок квартира не сдаётся , гости до 23 лет по договорённости.
