Advantages:

Не большая, но очень уютная квартира в шаговой доступности от двух станций метро. Чистый Тихий двор. Отсутствие парковки во дворе, это пожалуй единственный минус(все парковочные места на замках). Особого дискомфорта не доставляет, оставил машину в кармане не заезжая во двор. Нам понравилось, всё что нужно рядом.
