Advantages:

В квартире чисто. Красиво. Соответствует описанию.

Disadvantages:

В квартире нет вай фая, нет балкона, нет кондиционера. Ну и самый главный минус - это само расположение. Дорога до дома вся в ямах, можно сказать, что её просто нет. И вечно пьяные соседи, бухающие и орущие под окнами до трех ночи. Спасает только что 7 этаж.
