Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Бесконтактное заселение,очень удобно. Но в описании квартиры нужно сделать поправку, Стоянки нет, а написано частная парковка. Я только из-за нее и выбирала жилье, хотелось не искать место для машины, а мне ответили, где найдете место там и припаркуетесь....а с парковками проблема.
