Сдам посуточно, 1- комнатную квартиру студию. Состояние отличное. После ремонта. Чистая, не прокуренная. В квартире есть все необходимое для того, чтобы чувствовать себя, как дома. Спальных мест 2+2, есть телевизор, холодильник, машинка-автомат, микроволновая печь, посуда и постельные принадлежности, чайник, интернет, wifi, утюг, гладильная доска. До метро пл. Маркса 15 минут. Отличная транспортная развязка. Рядом нгту, аэропорт, аквапарк, икеа, областная больница, торговые центры. Вокруг достаточно много магазинов и кафе. Залог 2000!!! Новый дом, закрытая территория, бесплатная парковка!!!
