Advantages:

Все вопросы решаются напрямую с хозяйкой квартиры, ответ в любое время суток. Консьерж в доме, который в случае чего до 12 ночи может открыть вам дверь, большое количество полотенец.

Disadvantages:

Квартира была слегка грязной, одеяло было в кровавых пятнах, наволочки на подушках так же в чем то непонятном, доступ к роутеру WiFi был затруднен, днем был шум от соседей с дрелью.
