Advantages:

Забронированная квартира не досталась, но подобрали подобный вариант за ту же плату. Чистая квартира в новом доме. Описывать плюсы заселения не для этой квартиры нерелевантно для этого объявления.

Disadvantages:

Работа сервиса оставляет желать лучшего, факт брони может и не состояться, уж не знаю по чьей вине, но точно не по вине арендатора.
